1: Review of the muscles and bones of the Low Back, Pelvic Girdle & Thighs

2) Understanding problems people have in these areas such as:

Low back pain, SI joint problems, Sciatica,

Pelvic Rotation, Piriformis Syndrome,

IT band syndrome, & more

3) You will improve your skills identifying the muscles involved

and the techniques necessary to assist your clients to feel much better
